Shipping
Delivery is available to Australia and World Wide. We usually ship your parcel with in 24 hours Monday to Friday, but during busy periods or around public holidays, it maybe take up to 3 business days. These times are also subject to payment authorisation and stock availability.

All goods will be delivered by Australian Post unless otherwise advised.

Shipping to New Zealand and the rest of the world will be shipped with Standard International Australian Post Service which includes tracking and has an estimate delivery time of 6+ business days.  

Important information
All Click and send Post Satchels have a tracking number for Australia delivery. This tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped. If package is not received in 7 working days please contact Australia post or go to their website

to track it. No delivery will therefore be permitted to a Postal Box or similar address. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
